WHEN WILL THE SCHOOLS BE OPEN?

PRESENTIAL TRAINING HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK

According to this; 12 teaching hours (2 days, 6 + 6) in total, 2 days a week in public and private secondary schools, and 14 teaching hours (2 days, 7 + 7) in imam hatip secondary schools 2 days a week.

In the ninth grade of secondary school, a total of 16 lessons (2 days, 8 + 8) will be taught 2 days a week.

Classes will be divided into groups according to social distance according to the size of the student, the time of each lesson will be 30 minutes and the rest time between lessons will be 10 minutes.

Courses in Turkish, mathematics, science, social studies, foreign language, religious culture and moral knowledge in 5th grade; Imam Hatip will teach Turkish, mathematics, science, social studies, foreign language, religious culture and moral knowledge, Quran and Arabic lessons in the fifth grade through face-to-face education.

Since ninth grade students are responsible for all core, elective, and vocational courses shown in the weekly course schedules, courses determined by the school administration must be completed through classroom education and remaining courses through distance education .
All courses, in addition to face-to-face education, will be completed through distance education, and school administrations will take steps to support students through distance education.

For face-to-face education, written consent will be obtained from parents who do not want to send their children to school and students who do not come to school will not be considered absent, but students who are not sent to school by their parents they will continue their lessons with distance education. Students will be responsible for the curriculum of the class they attend and will participate in the assessment and evaluation of all subjects and achievements.

WHEN WILL THE IN-HOUSE TRAINING BEGIN?

With the fifth and ninth grade starting school, it will be the last phase of the gradual transition to face-to-face education in schools. The Ministry of Education plans to start grades 6 and 7 of secondary schools and grades 10 and 11 of secondary schools on November 23.
