In the chain accident involving 2 cars and 1 tractor in Tokat’s Zile district, 2 people were killed and 7 people were injured. At the time of the accident, one of the drivers was broadcasting live on his social media account.
At the entrance of the Zile district in Tokat, the car with 05 EH 492 under the direction of Eşref Aydın (40), driving from Zile towards Turhal, hit the beet harvester on the rear of the 46 P 1269 plate tractor used by Satmiş Bal (40) in front of him. It collided with 57 cars of plates FB 596 under Erdogan (41). Following the warning from the people around, firefighters and medical teams were dispatched to the region.

Gülizar Demir (43) and Emine Demir (41) in Aydın’s car lost their lives in the accident. Tractor driver Satmiş Bal and car drivers Yasin Erdoğan and Eşref Aydın, along with Emine Uğurel (24), Fadime İnan (35), Fadime Erdoğdu (47) and Beyza Dursun were injured.
The injured were taken to the Zile State Hospital and treated after the first interventions carried out by the paramedics who came to the scene of the accident. The bodies of Gülizar Demir and Emine Demir, who lost their lives, were deposited in the morgue of the same hospital.
