At a press conference, Azerbaijani Vice President Hikmet Hacıyev gave information on the damage caused to civilians, infrastructure facilities, state property and business organizations in the attacks launched by Armenia since September 27.

According to the news in AA, Hacıyev recalled that President Ilham Aliyev signed a decision to compensate for the damage inflicted on Azerbaijani civilians by Armenia: “Since September 27, the Armenian armed forces fired 30 thousand artillery shells and more than 227 missiles against civilian targets. They also used ballistic missiles and cluster bombs. Attacking civilians is a feature of the Armenian military doctrine. “
“30 YEARS OF DESTRUCTION WILL BE EVALUATED”
Hacıyev stated that new housing will be given to citizens whose houses were destroyed in the recent attacks, saying: “The destruction in the occupied Azerbaijani territories as a result of the Armenian attacks will be assessed separately over a 30-year period. We did not have the opportunity to enter those regions earlier and it was difficult to prove this based on the facts.
