After our congress, we will inaugurate Tekirdağ İsmail Fehmi Cumalıoğlu Municipal Hospital. Fehmi Cumalıoğlu was our older brother, with whom we did politics together in our youth. Like Hayrabolulu, we said our brother’s name would be appropriate. It is in our interest not to make ourselves forget these old men. With this hospital, our brother İsmail Fehmi Cumalıoğlu will be among the unforgettable.
WARNING TO ORGANIZATIONS

The nation founded the AK Party, its leadership was determined by the nation. After that, we will walk with our nation again. Do not think that the credit our nation gives us is infinite. This credit will continue as long as we meet the interests of the country and the expectations of the nation with sincerity, sincerity and diligence. The day we turn away from the nation and set aside our duty and fall for our own calculations, the mission of this party will be over.
The fate of the AK Party and the fate of the country are integrated. If the AK Party loses, the uncertainty, instability, political and financial yoke of Turkey will be rounded down to the pit in the face of reality. There are two types of understanding of politics in Turkey. First; It is a failed understanding that makes politics with only words and slander that is hostile to the values of the nation. Its largest representative is the CHP. Secondly; It is the understanding of politics that we stand for today, stretching from the last Menderes to Özal.
INVESTMENTS IN TEKİRDAĞ
The tender for the Kapaklı State Hospital with capacity for 100 beds continues. We increased the length of the divided highway from 87 km to 357 km. The Savaştepe highway project, which connects Istanbul with Çanakkale, continues step by step. We renew the existing line that covers 198 km of railway line that passes through the provincial borders of Tekirdağ. We did the Tekirdağ-Muratlı double track railway. A private sector company brought a loading and unloading center here. Work continues on the Halkalı-Kapıkule high-speed train, which is the first part of the Asia-Europe corridor. Preparations continue for the 76 km Halklı-Çerkezköy line. The Çerkezköy Logistics Center project studies have been completed. The process of other preparations continues. We built 3 dams and 4 ponds for drinking water and irrigation services. With the facilities we build, we have achieved the quality of Tekirdağ spring water until 2045. We have completed the Ergene-1, Ergene-2 and Çorlu-1 treatment plants. We support our farmers in Tekirdağ with 3.5 billion lira. In the last 18 years, we have built 9 new organized industrial zones and 1 technopark in our city. We also provide natural gas supply to Hayrabolu.
NEW ERA IN ECONOMY
The global order has faced much greater shocks with what happened in the world and in our region. Turkey for tutelage of terrorism, those who cannot reach the line that want to blow up our economy were also attacked. As AK Party, we have grown and progressed in all fields, from education to health, from transportation to industry. We do our best to overcome the problems we encounter.
We share that we will implement a new approach in the process of the world and our country in economy. We are ushering in a new era of economic and legal reforms in close dialogue and cooperation with all relevant sectors. We are starting a new mobilization. I underline that our objective is to develop and develop our country in the period in which the world is going through a process of change. Our priority is, without a doubt, to bring inflation to the single digits. Increasing employment and eliminating business and food concerns for our citizens is one of our top priorities. A positive movement started in the markets. I call on local and international investors to trust our country and invest in new investments.
The Judicial Reform Strategy document, which we announced last year, contains very important regulations. Some of these were issued in packages by the Turkish Grand National Assembly. We have also implemented an important part of the administrative regulations. Our preparations for new reform packages continue. We will endeavor to prioritize them in our Assembly. We attach importance to the human rights action plan. We will include many additional provisions, from the protection of fundamental rights to the right to property, in consultation with this action plan. I believe that it is our primary duty to open this process as the party that implements the greatest reforms and changes.
Just as we have overcome all difficulties with our nation in the last 18 years, today we will leave 83 million together. Our duty is to work harder to be worthy of our nation. “
