The Circular said that the spread of the coronavirus epidemic (Covid19), which has affected the entire world, has recently increased in all countries. It was claimed that there was a very serious increase in the course of the epidemic, especially in the countries of the European continent, and many new measures were taken to combat the epidemic.

1. In this direction, by the Governors; The course of the coronavirus epidemic in the provinces is instantly monitored, and the number of patients and contact persons, seriously ill, intubated, deceased and the increase in the rate of patients aged 65 and over in these categories is among the 10:00 and 16:00 during the day. It will be decided to restrict your ability to go outside and not go out outside these hours.
