In the United States, the election results are still unclear, but Democratic candidate Joe Biden is now close to winning a victory over current President Donald Trump.
While Biden has won 264 delegates in states where the results are known so far, Trump has won a total of 214 delegates. The candidate, who has reached 270 delegates, will be the new president of the United States.
According to the EP projection, there are only 5 states where the winner is not determined in the US elections. These states are Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Nevada, and Alaska.
If Joe Biden wins any of these states outside of Alaska, he will become the new president of the United States. It will be enough to win this state for Biden, who currently leads the race in Nevada, out of 5 states. Because if 6 delegates win Nevada, the number of Biden delegates will be 270.
In Nevada, 86 percent of the votes were counted at 02:30 and Biden had a 0.6-point lead.
TRUMP MUST WIN ALL 5 STATES
Trump is clearly superior in Alaska with 3 delegates from the remaining states, while there is a head-to-head race in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia.
Trump has a 1.2-point lead in Georgia with 16 delegates, where 94 percent of the vote is counted, while in North Carolina, where 95 percent of the vote is counted, Trump leads the race by 1 , 4 points. In Pennsylvania, with 20 delegates at the center of the discussion, 86 percent of the vote was counted and Trump has a 4.3-point lead.
In order for Trump to be re-elected, he must win the elections in the 5 states where the vote count has not been completed.
WHEN WILL THE RESULT OF THE ELECTION BE DETERMINED IN THE UNITED STATES?
Although the picture has become clear in many US states, the results have yet to be determined due to the high number of mail-in ballots in some states.
Results are expected in Georgia in a short time.
However, the situation in other states is more complicated.
Because the deadline for mail-in ballots to reach the Pennsylvania polling stations is November 6.
In Nevada and Alaska, votes posted before November 3 will be considered valid if they reach the polls by November 10. In North Carolina, this date is set as November 12.
