Nusret Aksoy, one of the Kadıköy municipality search and rescue team, who heard Ayda’s voice under the rubble and helped her rescue, explained those moments as follows:
* I heard a scream first. The generator was working. We stopped. Then we called to see if anyone was there. He said I’m fine. We asked him what his name was and he said ‘I’m over the moon, I’m fine’. Then he saluted.
* He clung to life in the triangle of life next to the washing machine. When the AFAD teams arrived, we backed up, up and down. “Where is my father?” I ask.
“I WANT WATER AND AYRAN”
Ahmet Çelik, who was in the first team to reach Ayda, said that Ayda first asked them for water and buttermilk: Çelik described those moments as follows.
* We were working on the rubble under the coordination of AFAD. At 91 hour, we heard a voice and reported to the coordination center. The voice said ‘I’m here’. Then we went in with him.
* When we looked through the hole, we saw a small place. I saw him extend his hand when I stuck my head inside. I wanted water. I was very thirsty. When I asked him if he was hungry, he only asked for buttermilk.
The coordination center sent medical teams. We emptied the area with AFAD equipment and JAK equipment between the oven and the closet which created a living space and delivered the baby safely. This feeling has no description.

İbrahim Topal, who is on the same team, said:
* At first, when we hear the voice of ‘I am here’, we try to silence the sound of all the debris and reach the sound. We saw your hand. Our friend Ahmet took the child’s hand. It was a moment of happiness.
* We try to get it out as soon as possible. Thank goodness we did. The appliances had created a vital gap for Ayla. We will continue working until the last person leaves.
GOOD HEALTH
Ay, who was taken to the Ege University Medical Faculty Hospital by ambulance, was taken to the emergency room for treatment. The doctor who took Ayda to the hospital stated that there were no signs of internal bleeding and that she was in good health. Ayda, who was transferred to the intensive care unit, was shared to be conscious and in good general health.
