The Istanbul governorate announced that some roads will be closed to traffic between 09:00 and 15:00 for the funeral of former Prime Minister Mesut Yılmaz at 12:00 on Sunday at the Mosque of the Faculty of Theology of the University of Marmara.

The following statement was made regarding the roads that will be closed to traffic tomorrow:
The driveway to Aksoy Street will be closed from Sırma Perde Street and the direction of Aksoy Street will not be powered.
* The stream from Karacaahmet Cemetery to Nuhkuyusu Street and onto Mahir İz Avenue will close at the Mütevelli Çeşmesi Caddesi junction and the stream will be given to Mütevelli Çeşme Caddesi.
* Traffic from Kısıklı Street to Shibuya Street direction will be closed and the stream will be directed to Kısıklı Street. Coming from Kısıklı Street and returning to Mahir İz Street following Nuhkuyusu Street, the crossing will be closed to traffic and no vehicles will be yielded in the direction of Mahir İz Street.
* Traffic will be in the direction of Nuhkuyusu Caddesi Karacaahmet Cemetery. Alternate routes are as follows: Trustee Çeşme Caddesi, Fahrettin Kerim Gökay Caddesi, Tophanelioğlu Caddesi. (İHA)
