The mother and daughter who were attacked with firearms in Konya lost their lives. The suspect who killed the mother and daughter committed suicide.
It was alleged that Ömer İ, his girlfriend Büşra Gizem Güzelsoy (27), who had left him a while ago, and his mother Gülya Barutçu (48), shot the car with a pistol and fled in Argunşah street, Yazır Mahallesi.
The 112 emergency medical team, which traveled to the region after the warning, determined that the mother and daughter were dead.
Büşra Gizem Güzelsoy went to the police station about 2 hours before the incident and Ömer İ. It turned out that she filed a complaint about him and applied for a protection order.
The police launched an operation to capture the suspect who fled the scene.
Ömer İ’s car was stopped on Selahattin Eyyubi Mahallesi Nurullah Street by the team from the Murder Office of the Directorate of the Public Security Branch. The suspect, who got out of the vehicle, put the gun to his head and resisted the police for a time.
As the teams’ persuasion efforts continue, Ömer İ. took his life with a gun.
