In accordance with the decision on the extension of the short work allowance, within the framework of the principles specified in provisional article 23 of the Unemployment Insurance Law No. 4447, for workplaces that request short work until June 30 of 2020 for overriding reasons in the field of periodic situations caused by external effects by the new type of coronavirus. The duration of the short-time subsidy has been extended for 2 more months, starting from the 2-month period extended by Presidential Decree no. 2915 of June 30, 2020.
REGULATION ON TERMINATION OF TERMINATION
The terms indicated in the first and second paragraphs of transitory article 10 of the Labor Law have also been extended by 2 months as of November 17, 2020.
