The epidemic, which killed 1.2 million people, continues to spread in waves. Thanks to our strong healthcare infrastructure and the sacrifice of our healthcare professionals, we spend less than in other countries. We continue our fight against the disease. We do not compromise, we never abandon our caution. We manage the process with balanced and calculated steps without causing problems for our country and nation. We do not hesitate to carry out the necessary interventions. We monitor the situation with our experts in the field and give the necessary instructions. In these days when the number of patients around the world has reached alarming levels, I ask my nation to be more responsive to action. We all have a task here. We will be patient for a while longer, follow the rules, and then seek relief together.
The only thing that increases our sadness is not those who lost their lives in the coronavirus epidemic, but the situation of Muslims. The Islamic world lives days full of painful trials and difficulties. We are in a period where acts prohibited by our religion and our Prophet are being committed at all times. One million of our brothers died in Syria and 12 million people had to flee their homes. Hundreds of thousands of innocent children paid the price for Yemen’s dirty war. Libya’s rich underground resources were looted by Western imperialists and coup plotters. The cries of mothers, the cries of children, and the smoke of mosques rise from Islamic cities.
CALL FOR A BOYCOTT FOR FRENCH PRODUCTS
Oppression in Palestine and terror in Iraq and Afghanistan continue to die before the eyes of the entire world. What is happening in France and what is happening in Germany is in front of the world. I speak to the West, especially to the Christian world, to the Jews; As a human being, it is not a crime to be a Christian as a human being, we defend it, we also protect the Jew. If there is a persecution of Muslims in France, I appeal to the leaders of the world to protect them. Just as it says not to buy Turkish brand products in France, I ask my nation not to buy French products.
Do not receive the news of the attack on the place of worship belonging to Muslims. From here I address Chancellor Merkel; Do you know freedom of religion, did your state have the guarantee? More than a hundred policemen attack the mosque in a morning prayer. Have you heard of them the exact opposite of Turkey, no. We have true freedom of religion, not here.
“YOU ARE FASCIST”
Day after day, let us not come across the practice that restricts the freedom of belief of Muslims. We are not dealing with the pettiness that points to the Holy Quran. These attacks began with the breath of the leader of France who needed control at the mental point. Attacks on Muslims have become commonplace in the Western state, which leaves democracy to no one. Racist terrorism … I’m calling from here, you are fascists, you are the links of the Nazis. Muslims are exposed to a lynching campaign similar to the lynching campaign against Jews in Europe prior to WWII.
The crimes against humanity committed against Jews 80 years ago and those committed in Bosnia are still remembered. We do not see the presidential level of uncertainties and mosque raids as normal cases. These are very dangerous steps that can have serious consequences for Europe. Western politicians are trying to cover up their failures by targeting Muslims. It is clear that this climate of hatred has nothing to do with the usual tension of everyday politics. As president of a country whose 6 million inhabitants live in Europe, I find it useful to issue the following warning to our interlocutors; The end of this path that you enter to mask your hoarseness is a disaster. “STOP THE HATE CAMPAIGN”
I believe that the EU institutions have a very serious responsibility in fighting the racist terrorist threat. The Council of Europe cannot ignore Islamophobia, the European Parliament cannot play three monkeys. The prudent and moral leaders of Europe must tear down the walls of fear. Far-right ideas must not be allowed to take European dominant politics captive. The Macron-led hate campaign must stop. Racism and Islamophobia is a psychosis that destroys the mental and conscience faculties of people regardless of their duty, position and rank. This problem cannot be overcome by refusing to pretend it doesn’t exist.
This is the truth behind our attitude that defends peace from Syria to Libya, from Africa to Europe. We have to be on the side of the oppressed. We cannot allow the poor of humanity to violate law, decency and morality. We will continue to raise our voice in the face of injustice and illegality. We will wage this blessed fight until our last breath.
“WE WILL NOT DISPUTE FOR OUR HOUSE”
By doing this, we will not neglect the interior of our house. We make an effort to spread goodness and beauty in our society. We strive to raise our youth and children in the best possible way. We suffer greatly from not being able to teach our religion properly. There were days when mosques were sold as real estate and places of worship were turned into stables. We went through the days when the Quran was secretly taught in stables and carts. The doors to the Koranic courses and the Imam Hatip schools were closed. In this country, we had shameful days when it was forbidden to say God and morality. We encourage innovative projects that speak to our religious values and the history of Islam. “
