Highlights of President Erdogan’s Statements;
The epidemic, which has claimed the lives of 1.2 million people worldwide, continues to spread in waves. Thanks to our strong health infrastructure and health professionals, thank God, we are experiencing this health crisis less than other countries.
We continue our fight against the disease by obeying the rules of cleanliness, mask and distance. We do not compromise, we never abandon our caution. We manage the process with well-calculated steps, without putting our people in trouble in search of sustenance. Based on the overall picture, we do not hesitate to intervene in the areas where we see problems.
In these days when the number of patients around the world has reached alarming levels, I especially ask my nation to be more sensitive to measures. Every member of 83 million has a duty here, we will follow the rules that will be patient for a while and then hopefully we will achieve resignation together. As a nation, we will have those beautiful days that we long for. I wish God’s mercy to our citizens who lost their lives in the epidemic. I ask my Lord to save our nation and all humanity from this disgrace as soon as possible.
It is the state of affairs Muslims are in that has really captivated us. The Islamic world is going through days full of trials and painful difficulties.
As a result of the regime’s attacks in Syria, 1 million of our brothers lost their lives, 100 thousand innocent children died in Yemen. Libya’s rich underground resources were looted by coup plotters and imperialists.
Persecution in Palestine, violence in Arakan, and oppression in Turkistan continue to claim lives. We have hundreds of thousands of Muslim brothers expelled from their homes who were killed just for being Muslim. There are millions of Muslims who have been forced to convert by missionaries and whose children have been taken from them. We have millions of brothers who are victims of violence and discrimination because of their religious identity, all this is in the eyes of the world, but I call on the West, especially the Christian world. I call the Jews, first of all, as human beings, it is not a crime to be Christian in our religion, since we are human beings, we claim it, we also protect the Jew. But if there is a persecution of Muslims in France, I am calling on world leaders from here so that we can protect Muslims together.
Especially in European countries, we see that hostility towards Muslims has spread to societies like a plague. Schools in Muslim workplaces are subject to fascist attacks by racists almost every day.
Just as it says not to buy Turkish brand products in France, I ask my nation not to buy French brands.
Not a day goes by without us hearing about an attack on Muslim places of worship. I’m calling Merkel from here, do you have freedom of religion? Do you know that the state had a guarantee against those who lived their freedom? So how is it possible for more than 100 policemen to attack a mosque in a morning prayer? Have you heard the exact opposite of them in Turkey? Because we have total freedom of religion, but not in them.
These attacks began with the incentives of the French leader, who unfortunately needed mental control, and what happened in France. Turning to today, illegality against Muslims has become almost commonplace in many western states that have left democracy to anyone. You are a true fascist, you are literally the links of the Nazis. It is popularized by the media and politics, often with condolences from security units. European Muslims are deliberately and deliberately pushed into the arms of structures fueled by blood and violence.
Our teacher the Prophet said in a hadith that almost pointed out these days: “There will come a time when a person who behaves patiently in fulfilling the requirements of his religion and who lives in a Muslim will be like a person who has fire in his palm. ” He says.
While organizations like FETÖ are protected at the highest level, sincere believers are excluded and marginalized. The murder of terrorists like DAESH is attributed to our religion and believers, which fuels hatred and hatred towards Muslims. The growing anti-Islamism in the West has turned into an all-out attack on our book, our prophet, and all of our saints.
The crimes against humanity committed against Jews 80 years ago, 25 years ago, committed against our Bosnian brothers in Srebrenica are still in memory.
Western societies, going through a serious crisis of beliefs, have made the mistake of looking for a way out by targeting Islam and Muslims. Western politicians are trying to cover up their failures by attacking Muslims. It is clear that this climate of hatred has nothing to do with the usual tensions of everyday politics, I fear that the wheels of a much more insidious plan are working.
As the president of a country whose 6 million people live in Europe, I find it useful to warn our interlocutors that nothing can be achieved by making enemies of Muslims.
Everyone should learn from the massacres of World War II, racist terrorism will bring nothing but blood to Europe. Turkey is determined to protect the legal rights of its citizens and security. We view racist terrorism as a matter of national security and make our plans accordingly.
Europe needs to take a more coherent and civilized stance on these organizations that spread like cancer cells. I believe that, above all, the European institutions of the EU have a great responsibility. The Council of the EU can no longer ignore Islamophobia, and the European Council, which gives its opinion on almost all issues related to our country, cannot avoid this issue by playing three monkeys.
The moral leaders of Europe must tear down the walls of fear and start talking. European politicians must end the campaign of hatred led by French President Macron.
I want to repeat the call I made the day before, racism and Islamophobia is a psychosis that destroys people’s mental faculties. Any politician who thinks about the future of the citizens of his country must accept it and look for ways to solve the problem.
“IN THIS COUNTRY, WE HAVE HARD, SHAME DAYS WHERE GOD AND MORALITY WERE FORBIDDEN”
We had days when mosques were sold as real estate, places of worship were turned into stables, and Quran courses were closed. We have gone through the days when the Qur’an was secretly taught in train cars, stables, and makeshift buildings.
The doors of our imam hatip schools were locked on the Koranic courses established with the support of the nation.
We live in difficult and shameful days in which it was forbidden to say God and morality in this country.
Currently 1,300,000 students study at Imam Hatip.
