Mehmet Olcay Kımıllı, who fell into the trap of the gang, calling himself ‘Efeler’ with the blank bill he signed, lost all of his assets in foreclosure.
Mehmet Olcay Kımıllı, who retired from the rank of lieutenant colonel after working as an engineer officer for 26 years in the Air Force Command, decided to litter a vehicle from a car rental company in Isparta.
He met EM, whom he offered to pay 25 thousand TL for a 1 year lease, at a workplace in Antalya to make a contract on September 21. While the contract was being signed, two people named ME and RE came to EM.
HAVE SIGNED A BLANK CERTIFICATE WITH THE FORCE OF ARMS
Kımilli was called by ME and RE two days later by phone and called to the same place to take the vehicle. The duo told Kımıllı that they were dealing with the cashing of checks and bills, that they couldn’t cash the bills they were given, so they had to endorse another bill.
By not accepting it, the suspects threatened the retired lieutenant colonel by showing him the photographs and addresses of his mother and children. The suspects, posing as Isparta’s ‘Efeler’ gang, allegedly made Kımilli sign a blank bill with the threat of a gun.

Complained
EM, one of the suspects, did not deliver the vehicle to Kımıllı, explaining that he had given the invoices to someone else as collateral, that these people defrauded him, and that he filed a complaint with the prosecution for the scammers.
On this, Kımıllı, suspects that EM, ME, REGK, BK and A.Ö., who owned a gallery in Isparta, learned that he was the head of the gang as a result of their investigation. He filed a complaint for ‘fraud’ with the prosecution.
SAVINGS AND REAL ESTATE
However, soon after, Kımıllı learned that a lawsuit had been filed against him in the 2nd Civil Court of First Instance of Isparta with a message sent to his phone. Kımıllı, who learned that the suspects wrote 600 thousand dollars in the empty year that the suspects signed for him and received an injunction order from the Second Civil Court of First Instance, in line with the decision made by the Second Execution Court de Isparta, his pension and the savings of OYAK and 7 properties of his father were seized.
While the prosecutor’s investigation continued, Kımıllı, who was shocked by the foreclosure, filed a complaint with CİMER. He then filed a lawsuit for the suspension of the foreclosure process.
“I lose a large load of my assets”
Explaining that his psychology was affected due to his experiences, Kımıllı said that his wife filed for divorce against him and that his life was turned upside down.
Furry, “I lost most of my assets. My psychology is very bad. That is why I had surgery on my gallbladder two days ago. The investigation continues.” I speak.
