A shocking incident took place in the Keçiören district of Ankara, around 01:00. A person who attempted suicide and was seriously injured in the İncirli neighborhood was transferred to the Gülhane Training and Research Hospital. Despite all the interventions carried out, the person who committed suicide died.
HEALTH AND POLICE AGENTS ATTACKED
According to the news on İHA, the young man’s relatives who heard this went to the Gülhane Research and Training Hospital. The young man’s relatives who went to the hospital began to argue with the paramedics and police teams, claiming that they were not being sufficiently treated.
As a result of the growing debate, the young man’s family members attacked health professionals and police officers from the Emergency Service of the Gülhane Training and Research Hospital with stones.
3 POLICE INJURED, 3 EQUIPMENT BOARD DAMAGED
Although many riot police teams were dispatched to the scene, the people who attacked with stones slightly injured 3 policemen and destroyed 3 police vehicles. 20 people related to the incident were arrested. While the arrested suspects were taken to the police station, it was learned that the police precautions will continue in the hospital garden.
