In the helicopter-backed operation “Kalkan” against drug traffickers in the capital in 2018, 111 people were captured, 3 of whom were police officers, including the leader of the organization Muzaffer Arkaç.
In addition to this investigation, teams from the Crime Prevention and Investigation Office of the Altındağ District Police Department took action and determined the address where Emre Z, the leader of the organization wanted for many crimes, is hiding.
With the participation of Special Operations police, the teams organized an operation in the address in question, captured the suspect who resisted and tried to escape.

He became a confessor, and in his court testimony, said that the heroin brought from Afghanistan was brought to Ankara in pure form in trucks and lorries from Van and Hakkari, and after it was reproduced with additives, was sold to handbag merchants by the administrators of the organization Ünal L, Rasim G, Tayfun G. and Emre Z.
The criminal organization was completely destroyed by the simultaneous operation of the Ankara police in 200 addresses after approximately 8 months of technical and physical monitoring.
