DEVA party chairman Ali Babacan spoke at the 1st Ordinary Congress of the city of Kırşehir of his party.

Claiming that TL 270 million was spent on the construction of the ongoing prison in Kırşehir, Babacan finally said:
* If this resource were used for agriculture and livestock or spent to support our merchants, it would be much more beneficial to Kırşehir.
* But they invest in prison. They build prison, not employment, not democracy, not law.
