The incident took place in Diyarbakır on Sanat Street yesterday at noon. Mustafa Aslan came from Adıyaman to meet his sister Melek Aslan.
An argument broke out between the two who met on Art Street. Mustafa Aslan shot his sister 4 times with the gun he carried with him.
While Mustafa Aslan was detained by the police, the lifeless body of Melek, who died at the scene, was taken to the morgue at Selahattin Eyyubi State Hospital for an autopsy.
The body of the young woman, whose autopsy was completed here, was taken by her father and his lawyer and taken to the Kahta district of her hometown, Adyaman. The young woman was buried in the Prophet’s cemetery.
SISTER ARRESTED, WANTED OLD VALENT
On the other hand, Mustafa Aslan, who killed his sister, was referred to court at midnight after questioning by the prosecutor. Aslan, who was taken to court on duty, was arrested.
Aslan said he killed his older sister Melek for “a matter of honor” during questioning by police and the prosecutor. Her ex-boyfriend Orhan V., who is revealed to have issued a suspension order against the young woman, is wanted by the police, claiming that she was the instigator of the murder.
