The incident took place at night in the Melikgazi Battalgazi Mahallesi Morkaya Sokak district.
Tamim Mirza, an Afghan national who worked as a factory worker in the Organized Industrial Zone, reportedly came across an Afghan citizen ZH, with whom he was hostile.
The debate between the two for an unknown reason soon turned into a fight. ZH smashed Mirza’s head with the stone he captured.

Not content with this, ZH threw Tamim Mirza down the 5-meter hill where the incident occurred, then covered the dead neighbor’s corpse with stones and dried grass on the expropriation wall on the side of the road.
A local resident, who became aware of the situation, informed the police. Police teams that arrived in the area with the warning found the lifeless body of Tamim Mirza crushed by stones.

Murder suspect ZH, who escaped after the incident, was caught and detained by police teams in no time. The lifeless body of Tamim Mirza was taken to the Kayseri State Hospital morgue after investigation at the scene.
