In the scope of the FETO / PDY investigation carried out by the Adana Attorney General’s Office, a total of 24 people were identified, 8 public servants among doctors, teachers, nurses and policemen, among whom the organization used the encrypted communication program Bylock and he was in a private structure.
After the arrest warrant for the suspects was issued, a simultaneous operation was carried out in Istanbul, Gaziantep, Diyarbakır, Tokat, Nevşehir, Samsun, Kilis, Batman, Şırnak, Mersin and Osmaniye, based in Adana. The teams that searched the houses detained the suspects with an arrest warrant. The suspects captured in Adana were taken to the Police Headquarters for questioning after the medical check-up. Detainees in other provinces are reported to be brought to Adana after their procedures are completed.
On the other hand, within the scope of the investigation of the ‘2009 transition exam from police officer to deputy commissioner’ carried out by the Ankara Attorney General’s Office for Terrorist Crimes, he was affiliated with FETÖ / PDY, which was a deputy commissioner by taking the questions before the exam and thus’ forgery of official documents, qualified fraud and 8 people were arrested on suspicion of belonging to a terrorist organization. The Anti-Financial Crimes Branch of the Ankara Provincial Police Department is continuing efforts to capture the suspects.
Meanwhile, the Ankara Prosecutor General’s Office issued an arrest warrant for 17 people, 12 of whom were dismissed, in the investigation of the structuring of FETÖ in the ministries.
