Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director General, repeated the call for global solidarity and announced that a coronavirus vaccine could be ready by the end of the year.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO), conducted evaluations of the agenda in Geneva, Switzerland.
WHO Executive Board “Fight Against COVID-19 Special Session”Ghebreyesus speaking in “We will need vaccines for the crown and we hope to have one later this year.” Ghebreyesus said he was hopeful about this.
Ghebreyesus did not elaborate on when a global vaccination campaign will begin.

As in all conversation “global solidarity” Ghebreyesus called on world leaders for political determination to ensure the equitable distribution of coronavirus vaccines in countries after their production.
It aims to distribute 2 billion doses of vaccine by the end of 2021 through the Corona Vaccine Global Access Program (COVAX), which is carried out in coordination with WHO.
