Erdogan’s statements are as follows:
I received information from Prime Minister Tatar about the fight against COVID-19 and the effects of the epidemic on the TRNC economy.
Turkey was by far the rights and interests of the Turkish Cypriots separated from their own rights and interests which they have demonstrated to the whole world.
We have shown that the Turkish Cypriots will not avoid any sacrifice for their peace and well-being, and no one should doubt this.

The Eastern Mediterranean question has two dimensions. The first is the protection of the rights of the continental shelf of Turkey, and the other is to guarantee the rights of Cyprus with respect to the natural resources around the island and the interests of the Turkish people.
The success of any scenario where there is no possibility of the eastern Mediterranean, Turkey and the TRNC.
At the last EU summit, we saw the Turkish Cypriot people once again being ignored. Turkey will not allow this injustice to continue.
At the Eastern Mediterranean Conference scheduled for the next period, the Turkish Cypriots must be represented as they deserve.
WATER SUPPLY TO TRNC

We finished the repair in no time and returned to give it water.

We roll up our sleeves with the understanding that water is life, water is civilization, water is a saint. At first, some said that this was not possible. We leave. Our duty was to solve this Cyprus problem.
We completed the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus supply project in 2015 and put it into service.
This project is an engineering marvel in itself, thanks to its length of more than 80 km and 1 meter 60 cm pipes that descend 250 meters deep from the sea surface.
With the suspended pipe system applied for the first time in the world, we transferred the water extracted from the Alaköprü dam that we built in Anamur to the Geçitköy dam in North Cyprus.
Thus, we have offered the 750 million cubic meters per year of water from the Dragon Stream, which originated from Anatolian lands and poured into the Mediterranean, for the use of our brothers on the island of Cyprus.
In 108 days the submarine fault was resolved and today we begin to give water to TRNC again.

TRNC Prime Minister Ersin Tatar made the following statements:
We are fully committed to protecting our rights.
We will use our legitimate rights to the fullest.
We no longer fear the water shortage in Cyprus.
CASE MARAŞ CLOSED
I would like to share a new development regarding the reopening of Closed Varosha.
After Operation Peace, Maraş was also left to its own devices.
Despite having been brought to the table many times in the 1990s, it could not be concluded due to the Greek Cypriot side.
One of the promises we made to our people in 2019 was the opening of Closed Varosha.
We have taken our work to a stage and we are taking the first concrete step.
We are beginning our efforts to publicize the Avenida Costanera y Democracia and the coastal area, which belong to the public of our own land, for the use of our people.
In the morning hours of Thursday, our people will start to benefit in Maraş.
We see the Marash problem as a national cause above any political competition.
The real estate commission continues its activities to facilitate pre-74 rights holders to their homes and workplaces.
Of course, the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights are taken into account.
We entered a new stage in the Marash question. I hope that this irreversible step that we took in Maraş will be beneficial for the TRNC, all our citizens and the entire island.
CLOSED STATEMENT OF MARAŞ BY PRESIDENT ERDOĞAN
They have always wanted to pay the price of stagnation to the Turkish Cypriots.
Varosha remained closed as part of this stalemate.
After the multilateral talks held in 2017, it has been seen that there is no longer a possibility of a comprehensive solution in Cyprus.
We decided to build the future of Cyprus on facts rather than dreams.
It is indisputable that Maraş is a TRNC territory. The right of disposal here also belongs to the Turkish Cypriot authorities.
In the framework of the roadmap you have prepared, we support your decision to present the beautiful coast of Maraş for the benefit of its people.
On behalf of my nation, I congratulate you on this courageous decision.
The objections of the opposing party have already been in vain, since there will be no victimization due to the absence of private property.
