Ahmet Davutoğlu also reacted to the appointment of a Kars municipality administrator in the Kobani investigation.
An arrest warrant was issued for Ayhan Bilgen, who was detained as part of the investigation carried out by the Ankara Prosecutor General’s Office last week in relation to the Kobani protests.
The Home Office took action for HDP member Ayhan Bilgen, who was arrested. Following the arrest warrant from the Ministry of the Interior, the Mayor of Kars, Ayhan Bilgen, was suspended from his duties.
The Governor of Kars, Türker Öksüz, was appointed Deputy Mayor of Kars by the Ministry of the Interior to replace Bilgen.

Ahmet Davutoğlu also criticized the appointment of an administrator for the municipality after Ayhan Bilgen’s arrest, following the CHP Party and DEVA.
Defending that the government only recognizes “the right to live” to those who are among them, Ahmet Davutoğlu made the following comment about the appointment of trustees in some HDP municipalities:
They prefer to usurp those they cannot handle. They prefer to ignore what they cannot convince. Look, in the east and southeast, dozens of mayors were removed and trustees appointed in their places.
