Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev addressed the nation as operations continued. Expressing that the Azerbaijani people are happy today, Aliyev announced that the city of Cebrayil and the surrounding villages Karhulu, Şükürbeyli, Upper Maralyan, Çereken, Daskesen, Horovlu, Mahmudlu, Ceferabad and Decal were liberated from Armenian occupation.
“PASHINYAN IS LOOKING FOR WORLD LEADERS EVERY DAY”
Expressing that he warned Armenia before the September events, President Aliyev said:
* Let’s fight alone, let’s see who is who. What happened now? Pashinyan calls on world leaders every day. I didn’t call anyone. I didn’t call a leader, I didn’t call a leader. I got in touch and they called me. But there is no one left that Pashinyan has not called, pleaded, sent envoys, wept and knelt. This is the end.
* If he spoke to us in a normal language and did not confuse our holy city, of course we would live in the hope that this problem would be solved through negotiations. But every step is a provocation, every step is an insult, and do you think we will accept it? Now we have shown who is who.
“THE MILITARY OF AZERBAIJAN IS THROWING THEM LIKE A DOG”
Noting that Azerbaijan continues to advance successfully in Karabakh, Aliyev said: “Azerbaijani soldiers are shooting at them like dogs. The flags of Azerbaijan are planted in the occupied territories. The Azerbaijani soldiers are in their trenches, their positions are in our hands. We handle their tanks, we have other weapons, ”he said.
“PASHINYAN MUST SAY ‘KARABAKH IS NOT ARMENIA'”
Emphasizing that he had only one condition for Pashinyan, Aliyev said: “Get off our land. But not with words, act. Say that you recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. Ask the Azerbaijani people and tell them that Karabakh is not Armenia. Leave us a timetable for the withdrawal of the Armenian forces from the occupied territories. If this is done, the ceasefire will be restored, ”he said. (İHA)
