On the seventh day of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia, the Armenian army attacked the second largest city in Azerbaijan, Ganja. MHP President Devlet Bahçeli made a statement on his Twitter account after the Ganja attack:
– The vile attacks of Armenia against Ganja, one of the largest cities in Azerbaijan, against our civil and innocent cognates, is a crime against humanity, a clear violation and denial of international law. The Armenian state has once again shown its oppressive face.
– The settlements of Fuzuli, Aghdam and Terter in Nagorno-Karabakh were also bombarded with artillery and rockets by Armenia.

– As Armenian gangs stagnate against Azerbaijan, they expand their conflict areas to civilian settlements. What the murderous Armenian mentality has done in the past is to repeat the same thing today, brutally. Armenia is cruel, murderous and should die drowned in the blood it shed.
– The only opponent of peace and stability in the South Caucasus is Armenia. The international community must no longer remain indifferent to bloody and vile attacks against the civilian population. On this occasion, I say mercy from Allah to our relatives who were martyred and I heal our injured relatives.
THE HEAD OF THE YEAR MUST BE CRUSHED
– Do not forget that Nagorno-Karabakh is Turkish, Azerbaijan is the homeland of the Turkish, an indispensable right. Compliance with this right with the right holder must be guaranteed even at the cost of life. I curse Armenia, which is a murderous and terrorist state, with hatred. I think the head of the snake will surely be crushed.
– Faced with these developments, it is a necessity for the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic to join the Republic of Azerbaijan, it is a historical necessity, a very urgent need, so to speak, of life or death.
– As a result of this unification, a voice, a breath, a heart will fight against the oppressor and the enemy. Therefore, the just, legal, legitimate and survival struggle of Azerbaijan will gain even more strength and depth.
– We are not separated, we are not distant, close to us, two states are one nation, we are blood flowing in the same vein and soul beating in the same skin. Briz, we are together, from Azerbaijan and Turkey. And together we are a great Turkish nation.
AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC OF NAHÇIVAN
The status of Nakhchivan is regulated in the ninth section of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, approved by referendum on November 12, 1995. Accordingly; Nakhchivan has an autonomous status in internal affairs and a subordinate status to Azerbaijan in defense and foreign policy. In Nakhchivan, the legislative body is made up of 45 Ali Majlis members and the executive body is made up of the Council of Ministers, judicial duty is in independent courts.
