Health Minister Koca: We protect national interests, seek a stain

After the Scientific Committee meeting last night, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca made statements about the corona virus outbreak.

Responding to accusations that the number of deaths and cases resulting from the epidemic is not true, Minister Koca said: “Not all cases are positive. Not all cases are sick, there are those who are positive but have no symptoms. The claims about the number of deaths are based on misleading data from some municipalities, ”he said.

Turkish Medical Association (TTB) “Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced that cases that show no symptoms but test positive are not included in the daily table. We have been saying this for 6 months. It did not run the process transparently. You hid the facts. You did not prevent the spread of the epidemic ”, while the subject was discussed a lot on social networks.

Today, Minister Koca responded to the criticism with the message he sent from his social media account.

In his post on Twitter, Koca said: “Let us know that in the process of fighting the epidemic, our state protects national interests as well as the health of the people. Because the epidemic affects all areas of life. The criticisms of some irresponsible people are not different from looking at a point of the photograph with a lens and looking for a spot ”.
