According to a statement from the Ministry of Communications, Turkey and the United Kingdom at the meeting discussed issues to improve their relations, developments in the Eastern Mediterranean and especially emphasized that Armenia was caused by Azerbaijan in the attack regional issues were evaluated.

Referring to the conflicts that started as a result of the Armenian attacks on Azerbaijan, President Erdogan emphasized that Armenia should withdraw from the territories it occupied in and around Upper Karabakh for peace and stability in the region.
