The 8th Anatolian Criminal Prosecutor’s Office ruled on the appeal filed by his lawyer against the decision to arrest Halil Sezai Paracıkoğlu on 18 September for “deliberately wounding with a pistol”.
The judge ruled that the appeal was rejected on the grounds that there was no violation of procedure and law in the arrest decision issued by the Seventh Office of the Anatolian Criminal Magistrate and ruled that Paracıkoğlu’s detention would continue.

Meriç stated that he was beaten during the discussion and went to the Public Security Office of the Tuzla District Police Department and filed a complaint. Halil Sezai Paracıkoğlu was then detained at his home in Kadıköy by police teams, who examined the camera recordings.

Paracıkoğlu, who was brought before the Anatolian Court of Justice in the presence of his lawyer and the police, was arrested for “deliberately wounding with a pistol”. Paracıkoğlu’s lawyer also appealed against the arrest warrant and demanded his client’s release.
