Stating that all teams are mobilized, Aksoy said: “Together with reinforcements made from the Regional Directorate of Forestry in Muğla and the surrounding provinces, a total of 100 sprinklers and about 500 workers were involved in forest fires. Here all kinds of measures and studies have been carried out with the support of our relevant institutions and under the coordination of our district government so that none of our citizens is a victim ”.

Stating that “the fire has not yet been fully controlled,” Aksoy continued his words as follows:
“Especially in the first hours of the fire, there was a 45-kilometer wind. Now there is a wind blowing at a speed of 30 kilometers. Weather conditions are a great challenge for us to respond to fire. But despite this, all our friends continue to work with great precision and with all our means. Our hope is to control the fire and take the studies on this topic to a better point. In the first hours of the day, work will continue on the aerial intervention. Preparations are underway. As soon as the weather is brighter in the morning, the aerial intervention will start again. “
