FO, who lives in Erzurum, approached the Attorney General’s Office with his wife and lawyer and filed a complaint about MS from his neighbors. FO claimed that he took nude photographs of MS who raped him and continued his actions with blackmail and threats so that he would not tell anyone. MS, an employee of a cargo company, was arrested as part of the investigation that began following FO’s complaint. MS, who did not admit the charges, was released by the Criminal Court of Peace with a judicial control decision.

FO, who asked MO to be arrested, tearfully recounted his experiences:
“He was our neighbor, he came to our house and left. He came to see me in September 2019 when I was in the boiler room. Don’t yell, I dishonor you, there are neighbors outside. He called them, I say he called me, he got me. He raped me. If you tell someone, it will be your end ”. When my husband went to Istanbul, he was looking at the animals in our stable. He entered our house at midnight with threats. I cried and begged, I said, ‘I have kids, I’m married.’ He would deny it if his wife and someone else listened to him. Everybody believes in me, nobody believes you ”. He locked me in the room, raped me and took nude photos of me. He kept blackmailing me after the photos. It said: “I have nude photos in my hand. I’ll open an account for you, put it on pornographic sites. ” The first rape After the incident, my psychology was very bad, I was hospitalized. I was afraid of my wife, of my family, I couldn’t tell anyone. I was very depressed. I was ashamed of being raped, I thought I was not worthy of my wife. It was in my honor, with my children, with my work and my wife. But now I can’t even get to the door because of her. I have a very difficult life. Damn it, I don’t want people like that, I want them arrested. She ruined my life. It is always in denial. It’s obvious what they did to me, I have no proof. Because it has it all. I couldn’t escape until my wife saw what he wrote. I can barely walk outside, but he can easily walk outside. Both violate and deny. My wife denied it when asked. Nobody in my neighborhood knows. If they knew, they would lynch me, they would kill me. I can’t leave my house, if my wife is driving somewhere, I can only go with her. I live a prison life at home because of him.
