According to the information received by the AA reporter, within the framework of the investigation carried out by the Ankara General Prosecutor’s Office on the irregularities in the 2011 KPSS, the second operation was carried out in 40 provinces simultaneously in the first hours of the morning to catch the suspects who came across leaked questions.
Teams from the Ankara Police Department’s Anti-Financial Crimes Branch, which took steps to capture 100 suspects, who were given a custody warrant, raided the previously determined addresses. In the operation, 50 suspects were arrested.
It was determined that 16 of the suspects who received a custody order were detained from another file, 22 of them were wanted in different investigations and fled abroad illegally. Efforts are underway to capture 12 fugitive suspects.
OBJECTIONS PLAYED AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN DETERMINING THE SUSPECT

The statements of the suspects, who were previously captured in the examination investigations and shared their knowledge with the investigation units taking advantage of the effective provisions on repentance, played an important role in the detection of new suspects.
On the other hand, statements by confessors, including the nephew of FETÖ leader Fethullah Gülen, Muhammet Sait Gülen, revealed how the terrorist organization leaked questions and misled members to ease their conscience.
To convince people that the managers of the organization gave the questions in the confessions, “This is a blessing of service to you, you are not doing anything wrong, people like you should be in better places. You are very tired in the institutions, you have to work in places that can serve better and find more time. ” The expressions on the form were also recorded.
ALL SUSPECTED PEOPLE DIE IN OTHER EXAMINATION INVESTIGATIONS
Studies by the teams of the Sub-Directorate for the Fight against Financial Crimes, which organized the examination operations, revealed that those who were arrested in the last operation were also suspects in the KPSS, KPDS, ALES and YDS examinations in 2010-2014.
In the studies, 61 of the 100 suspects, including 14 private imams, were also found to be suspects in the 2010 KPSS investigation.
It was learned that among those detained was Sahure Öksüz, who was captured as part of the 2010 KPSS investigation and known as the wife of the cousin of the FETÖ fugitive, Adil Öksüz.

83 PEOPLE WERE DETENTED IN THE FIRST OPERATION
As part of the 2011 KPSS investigation, 83 of the 122 suspects who were arrested were detained in the operation organized by the Department of Fighting Financial Crimes teams on November 15, 2019.
13 of the suspects benefited from effective provisions on repentance, 8 of the 70 suspects who were transferred to court after their actions were arrested at the police station, and a judicial review decision was made for 62 of them.
