Lawyers for Halil Sezai Paracıkoğlu, who was arrested for mistreating his neighbor Hüseyin Meriç, appealed to the Criminal Court of the Peace, which decided to detain his clients.

According to the claim of Sezai’s lawyers, new images were presented to the court that will change the course of the event. Sezai’s lawyers, who went to the Criminal Prosecutor’s Office with a petition, demanded the release of their clients. The image with the ax was apparently recorded in Halil Sezai’s garden after the assault.
