Mardin, Midyat, Nusaybin, Diyarbakır, and Sur have piled up hand-made explosives in all our provinces and districts, which I couldn’t count everywhere, like a grain of sand. They dug tunnels in the streets, connecting the houses underground. They raised a barricade, it was a sign of great preparation, and today the Turkish state is fulfilling and will fulfill its duty against these traitors, these oppressors, these immoral. ”

MHP Vice President İzzet Ulvi Yönter, who supported the investigation launched into the Kobani incidents, said: “We will be honored if we give up our right. We will not give up. We will not thank dividers. We will call a murderer a murderer, a traitor we will call a traitor, a criminal we will call a murderer. We will hold everyone to account for our 793 martyrs. Our position regarding the 12 islands is clear, the 12 islands are extensions of Anatolian geography in the sea. They took 12 islands from us unfairly, illegally and without any pretext. We cannot tolerate this. Because in the 12 islands are the traces and memories of the Turks and the heroic epics of the Turks. No easy delivery. Where would they be demilitarized? So would it have non-military status? How would it be disarmed? It got out of our hands with the Ushi Agreement, it took over Lausanne. With the Paris agreement of 1947, with the participation of 16 countries, including Italy and Greece, 12 islands were gifted to the Greeks. We are not part of the Paris Agreement, but the basis of the Paris Agreement and the Lausanne Agreement is; these islands can never be armed. Troops cannot be dispatched or used for this purpose. But Greece did the opposite. ”

Stating that the sovereignty of the 12 islands should be discussed, MHP Vice President İzzet Ulvi Yönter said: “Currently, the sovereignty of these islands is controversial because it violates international law because it does not comply with international agreements. This discussion will continue with its international dimension. MHP is also a follower of this. So we say that 12 islands belong to us, ours. There is the blood of our martyrs and the cry of our veterans on each of the 12 islands. Look at the island of Chios, just on the other side of Çeşme. See the island of Kos Just across from Bodrum, it goes without saying that the island of Meis. If you shout from Kaş, it will be heard from Meis.
