Zuhal T., who went to a beauty center in the center of the city a few days ago, reportedly entered a laser hair removal session. The woman, who felt her body burned during the session, told the assistant to lower the degree of the laser, but the session continued with the same degree. Upon returning home after the session and feeling a burning sensation on her body, Zuhal T. informed the beauty center staff by phone. Zuhal T., who met with the beauty center staff for a while, could not bear the pain that started at night and went to the hospital in the morning. Zuhal T., who was treated here, was found to have first and second degree burns to her arms and legs. Zuhal T., who received medication from the doctors, went to the police station and filed a criminal complaint against the beauty center.
After the statement, the police station officers asked Zuhal T. to undergo a forensic examination at the Adyaman Research and Training Hospital. Zuhal T., who was questioned again here, turned in the reports that were delivered to the police station.
Emphasizing that he complained to the beauty center to the end, Zuhal T. said, “I went to the beauty center to become a full-body laser. The staff who attended me was a 1 week old staff member. I walked in and after 1.5 hours my laser was gone. When I got out, I told the staff that my body was badly burned and even inside, I told them to reduce the degree of burns. When I got out, my body started to turn red, it was on fire. I explained the situation to the staff there and asked if they had open burn creams and they said they did not have open creams. We fill out the satisfaction form after each session and the number of shots is written down, but they couldn’t even find my file and I didn’t sign it. They set another session appointment for October 26. After returning home, the body began to burn and redden. I reached out to them and threw my images at them. I have burns like this almost everywhere on my body, not just my arms and legs. When I spoke with Deniz, who is the manager of the area branch, she told me they were normal.
He said my body is reacting. But this is not a reaction, it is something that happens because the laser shot gets too high. When I went to the doctor the other day, they told me how many degrees of burns I had. I found out that the burns on my arms were grade 2. Then I said I would go to the beauty center and complain. It doesn’t matter if you are going to complain, this is normal, you are not life threatening. Body burns were said to be quite normal. I couldn’t bear it, I went to the police station, made a complaint, gave a statement. Later, the policeman sent me to the hospital. Here the doctors from the institution of forensic medicine had the same reports given by the doctor in the emergency room. I filed a complaint.
