Continuing with the transfer studies, Fenerbahçe reached a main agreement with Mbwana Samatta of Aston Villa.
The 27-year-old arrived in Istanbul to be transferred.
The yellow-blue people are expected to officially announce the transfer of Samatta after health checks.
WHO IS SAMATTA?
Starting his career in Tanzania on the African team in Lyon, Samatta was transferred from Congo to Mazembe in one season. After playing here for 5 years, Samatta, who caught the attention of Belgian observers, was transferred to Genk in 2016 with a transfer fee of 800 thousand euros.
Samatta, which showed a stable performance in Belgium for 4 years, was transferred to Aston villa with a transfer fee of € 10.5 million. Samatta, who played only 6 months in the Premier League, played 16 games and scored 2 goals.
