On the other hand, those who do not comply with the quarantine decision will be transferred to dormitories or shelters and subjected to mandatory isolation.

During the isolation, visitors will not be accepted to the dormitories or shelters, the security of the dormitories and shelters will be maintained 24 hours a day. Agricultural and construction workers who work in temporary and seasonal jobs, and those who do not have an adequate residence to undergo the isolation process for different reasons, will be placed in dormitories or shelters, the expenses of food and accommodation of these people will be paid by the Government during isolation.
It was decided to impose a fine on those who did not comply with the measures, act in accordance with the situation of the violation and initiate a judicial action if the subject is related to criminal conduct.
