Caps will be provided for used masks. Posters explaining the use of masks will be posted at the entrance of the school and in appropriate places.
– If possible, taking into account all the closed areas and the people who are active in the school, a planning will be made for the staff and the student, with one person for every 4 square meters, and the number of people that will be accommodated will be arranged accordingly.
– If there are public areas such as a classroom, study rooms, workshops, dining room, canteen, there will be at least 1 meter between people to maintain sufficient social distance.
– The measures to be taken in the field of coronavirus will be published on the school’s website, where appropriate, and parents will be informed through communication channels such as e-school, email, SMS before the opening of the school.
– When schools are open, they will be signed in two copies in the form of an “Information form and letter of commitment” specially prepared for parents and a copy will be given to them. In this information note, which explains the measures to be taken in the field of coronavirus, students who present any complaint of fever, cough, runny nose, respiratory distress, diarrhea will be asked to be informed about the school and not send these students to school and a medical examination will be recommended.
If there is a person in the family with symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath or who has been diagnosed with coronavirus, it will be indicated that the school will be informed immediately and the students will not be sent to school.
– Staff and parents will follow social distancing rules and will wear masks during drop off and pick up from school.
– If possible, ensure that the same parent leaves and picks up the student every day. If possible, people over the age of 65, such as grandparents or people with underlying conditions, will not drop out and admit students.
– Parents will pick up and drop off students off campus during start / end times.
– Hand sanitizer will be placed at the entrance and exit of the school so that students can provide hand hygiene.
– All students, teachers and other employees of schools in regions where the cases are intense will wear masks and a mask will be available at the entrance of the building for those without masks. The mask will be changed as it gets wet or dirty. Hand sanitizer will be used during and after the new mask.
Hand sanitizers will be placed in classrooms, hallways, and areas near entrance and exit. The areas where the hand sanitizer is located will be controlled by the teachers. Due to the risk of swallowing, young students will be supervised when using hand sanitizer.

– Personal protective equipment used by employees will be disposed of with household waste. When people with suspected coronavirus are found in schools, the waste belonging to these people will be dumped in the household garbage in double bags. Cleaning and disinfecting door handles, stair rails, and electrical switches that are touched frequently will be done frequently.
– If possible, visitors will not be accepted into schools during the epidemic period, classrooms and classrooms will be open with windows and regularly ventilated. Natural ventilation will be preferred for ventilation.
– No non-compulsory collective activities will be carried out during the epidemic period. It will be preferred that the activities that are considered necessary are carried out in the open area.

– If possible, students will study in the same classes, there will be no class change. If the change is mandatory, the classrooms will be ventilated and cleaned and disinfected after each use.
– In the daily group activities of the students, it will be ensured that the activities are carried out mainly with the same group. If possible, mixing of groups will be avoided in classes such as art, music, and physical education.
– To prevent students from meeting, if possible, classes will be organized by ordering the classes.
– Attention will be paid to the use of places that are used collectively in schools with fewer people and alternatively, if possible.
– In the event of a case of coronavirus, that class / room will be evacuated, ventilated for 24 hours and will be kept empty.
– By limiting the use of elevators, it will be allowed to climb to a third of the capacity, and this number will be specified at the elevator entrance and benchmarks will be made.

– As far as possible, meal times will be determined according to the groups to facilitate the follow-up of contacts and, if possible, the same people may eat at the same table.
Materials such as spices, toothpicks and salt will be guaranteed to be offered for single use only. Spices, toothpicks, salt and bread will not be kept on the tables.
– You will wear a mask at the table except for eating and drinking. The free buffet food service will not be used. Sinks used in food preparation will not be used for any other purpose. “
