Thus; It has been decided to make the use of a mask mandatory in all motor vehicles that pass through our city. Ensure that the request is fully implemented within the aforementioned framework showing the necessary sensitivity on the matter, imposing administrative fines in accordance with article 282 of the General Health Law for those who fail to comply with the measures, acting in accordance with the articles of the relevant Law according to the situation of infringement, It has been decided to initiate the necessary judicial procedures within the scope of article 195 of the Law ”.
