The “electronic hearing”, which is included in the judicial reform strategy document of the Ministry of Justice and allows lawyers to attend the hearings in which they are parties in the courts of law, was first examined in the first court of Ankara West consumers.

Lawyers will be able to attend their hearings in different cities through videoconferences with the software and the electronic hearing system developed by the General Directorate of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Justice.
The attorneys will send a request for “electronic trial” to the corresponding court writing the justification 24 hours before the hearing, after making an inquiry from the “Hearing inquiry” menu in the “UYAP Lawyers Portal”.
After the judge accepts the request through UYAP, you will be able to attend the hearing on the portal. Attorneys will be required to wear gowns to trials, where they are connected through practice.
