Applications for dormitories are posted on the yurtkur.gsb.gov.tr website after the OSYM placement procedures are completed. Applications are received through Electronic Government. Scholarship / loan applications are received through e-government between the dates announced to the public each year. During the application, information about the economic, social and educational status of the student is requested and this information is confirmed by comparing it with data obtained from public institutions. As a result of the evaluation carried out, scholarships are awarded to a number of students determined in accordance with their budget, and educational loans are granted to the rest of students who comply with the legislation.
