In the statement, it was noted that inquiries were made of the HES code at the entrances of shopping centers, hostels and hotels, and those who are not in adequate conditions were not allowed to enter and it was decided to take the necessary measures by notifying the law enforcement officers, and it was emphasized that those who do not comply with the decisions taken will be sanctioned with administrative fines.

The communiqué stated that it was decided to act in accordance with the relevant articles of the law depending on the situation of the violation and to initiate the necessary judicial processes within the scope of article 195 of the TCK.
