The funeral of Gendarmerie Specialist Sergeant Sezer Uçar, who was martyred in “Operation Yıldırım-10 Norduz” in which 3 terrorists were neutralized in Van, was buried in the Reyhanlı district of his hometown, Hatay.
Uçar’s body, which was flown into the city from Van at night and placed in the morgue at Hatay State Hospital, was taken away by relatives and taken to his paternal home in Yeni Mahalle.

At the ceremony, the martyr’s wife, Nuray, tried to comfort the relatives of her mother Emine and her father Hasan Uçar.
Following the funeral prayer performed by the Mufti Murat Akçay district, the martyr’s body was buried in the Asri cemetery.
It was learned that the martyr had two sons.
