In the statement made by the Governor of Tunceli, it was noted that the Provincial General Hygiene Council met under the chairmanship of Governor Mehmet Ali Özkan and additional decisions were taken.
In the statement, which emphasized that the HES codes will be requested from customers during all types of ticketing transactions by companies dedicated to intercity passenger transport and that tickets will not be sold without the HES code, the following were taken decisions:
“The HES code of the passengers will be checked during the transfer of passengers to the vehicles with interurban passenger transport and it will be provided to the passengers that they will not suffer any damage when getting into the vehicle getting on the vehicles. In the control of the HES code both during the sale of tickets and when entering the vehicle, people who are diagnosed with Kovid-19 or have contact. Law enforcement units, especially traffic units, will effectively inspect not to sell tickets without the HEPP code and will not accept passengers in vehicles with intercity passenger transport, and will sell tickets to passengers who do not have the HES code as a result of audits. Vehicles that accept passengers without a HEPP code will not be able to travel for 10 days. Those who are determined to stay will be subject to mandatory isolation in designated dormitories or hostels. “
In the decisions taken, it was indicated that the nutritional needs of the people who decided to undergo isolation in dormitories or shelters and the assigned personnel will be taken care of by the Red Crescent under the coordination of AFAD.

The statement also included the following decisions:
Agricultural and construction workers who work in temporary and seasonal jobs, and individuals who do not have a suitable residence to undergo the isolation process for various reasons, even though a decision to isolate the home / residence has been made, will be placed in the dormitories or shelters assigned to them and will complete the isolation period. Food to be incurred during the isolation period. The necessary administrative actions will be taken and a criminal complaint will be filed against those who act against the isolation decision in different ways, especially to leave their homes as a result of the inspections carried out when they should have been in isolation at home. “Disposable gloves will be mandatory in grocery stores and markets, and the glove supply will be provided by business owners.”
