Isa Özer, a member of the PKK / KCK terrorist organization, was arrested during the operation organized by the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) in Ukraine and taken to Istanbul.
Isa Özer, who was arrested by MIT in Ukraine and detained in an operation abroad, was completed in the Anti-Terror Section of the Istanbul Police Department.
Özer, who underwent a medical examination, was sent to the Bakırköy Courthouse.
Özer, who is related to the Doğubayazıt Prosecutor General’s Office with the Audio and Video Information System (SEGBİS), gave a statement within the scope of the investigation. After his testimony, Özer was sent to the judge for arrest.
ARRESTED
Suspect Özer was arrested by the Doğubayazıt Justice of the Peace on the charge of “being a member of an armed terrorist organization”.
After joining the PKK / KCK in 1996, İsa Özer was detained for a time for being a member of a pro-PKK association in Romania for extorting Turkish citizens and collecting taxes, and was later deported.
Ozer 2012, the PKK / KCK pain was arrested in an operation aimed at restructuring, in 2014, allegedly after being evacuated, “the PKK / KCK Dogubayazit City Council in the executive committee member” while also working on the removal of the order registry for illegal flights from Turkey.
For a time it was determined that continued terrorist activities in Odessa and Ukraine Ozer, with the myth of the special method, had been brought to justice in Turkey.
Doğubayazıt Criminal Judgeship of Peace has been working to issue a red notice for “membership of an armed terrorist organization”, and many cases have been brought against Özer for “praising the crime and the criminal”, “making propaganda for a terrorist organization” and “falsify the official document”.
