Breaking: Foreign Affairs: Determining a maritime jurisdiction is not for Macron

The Foreign Ministry reacted to the statements of French President Emmanuel Macron.

The statement made by the Ministry said:

French President Macron made an arrogant statement, trying to teach from the upper curtain with his old colonial reflections. In fact, Macron’s statements are a manifestation of his own helplessness and despair. The days of free running around the world are over. We spoil all his sinister foreign policy plans, disrupt dirty games every day from inside Macron’s angles by blatantly attacking Turkey and our lord our president.

The President is one of the elected leaders with the highest rate of votes in Europe. Our president has always taken his power from the Turkish people. The Turkish people and the Government have always had one heart in the face of such deceptions and will continue to do so.

It is not for Macron to determine the maritime jurisdiction of any Mediterranean country or any other geography. France must take a position in favor of reconciliation and dialogue, acting blindly as defenders of Greece and the Greek Cypriot Administration, taking unilateral and provocative measures and holding the EU hostage for their own narrow-minded interests. This is a requirement of our Europeanness and our NATO Alliance.

The president of France, with his individual and nationalist stance, promotes tension and puts the great interests of Europe and the EU at risk.

The eastern Mediterranean border and the region still do not even act with the colonial mentality of France, Turkey’s association in the region, intimacy is a total inconsistency criticize cooperation in foreign and humanitarian policy and business. We leave the helpless situation of Macron, whose support in the public is constantly diminishing, to the discretion of the French people.
