HOW TO GET THE CODE?
The HEPP code can be obtained by entering the HEPP code in the transactions section of the Hayat Eve Sığar mobile app. Then the Create HES Code button is clicked and the code usage period is selected and the code is created.
In practice, all administration, such as code generation, restriction of generated code over time, sharing, deletion, is under the control of citizens. Citizens can generate as many codes as they want through the Hayat Eve Sığar app. You will be able to see the list of what code you have shared with which institution, cancel it if you wish, or revoke your authorization.

The HES code can also be received through the SMS method. To receive the HES code by text message, type HES and leave a space between them, respectively, the TC ID number, the last 4 digits of the Turkish ID serial number and the time to share (in days) and it will be sent to 2023 as an SMS. If the exchange period is not specified, the duration of the code will be limited to 1 year. (Example of short message: HES 1234567890 1234 15. When a message is sent in this way, the code will be valid for 15 days).
