The Clarín newspaper, which wrote that De Simone, who has recently had frequent coughing fits, was married to a doctor, wrote that the young professor’s wife complained that he was working too hard due to the pandemic. The newspaper also reported that the doctor, whose name was not released, found the lifeless body of his wife when he got home.
