In accordance with the new regulations prepared by the Ministry of Health, additional payments may be made to the personnel working in the health establishments attached to the Ministry for three months, as of August 1, 2020, provided that the scope and rate determined by the Minister.
PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE
Today the Regulation on the Modification of the Regulation on Additional Payments to Personnel Working in Health Establishments Affiliated to the Ministry of Health was published in the Official Gazette.
Consequently, non-working days were included in staff with contagious and epidemic diseases declared by the Ministry during or due to their service.
In addition, with the provisional article added to the same regulation, additional payments may be made to personnel for 3 months, effective as of August 1, 2020, provided that the scope and rate in terms of location and personnel is determined by the Minister. The total amount of payment to be made in this way will not exceed the maximum amount of additional payment during business hours.
