With the provisional article added to the regulation with the heading “Additional payments to be made due to the Kovid-19 epidemic”, it will be in effect as of August 1, 2020 for three months, without being subject to the principles established in this regulation, the Contracted family doctors will receive 3 thousand LT net monthly, and family health workers net monthly 850 Additional payments can be made in the amount determined by the Ministry of Health, taking into account the number of registered people followed due to the Kovid outbreak- 19, without exceeding the lira.
The gross amount of the additional payment to be made in accordance with this article and the sum of the social security premium or the deductions that the state will pay will not exceed 6 times the maximum rate for family doctors and 1.5 times the maximum rate for family health personnel.
In addition, the family doctor and family health personnel are on call for the authorization, report and assignment periods in the training sessions given by the Ministry of Health or by the Ministry, and on the condition that they are documented with a health report and are approved by the management, for the contagious and epidemic disease announced by the Ministry or for the risk of being infected. periods in which they could not be found will be included in the number of days worked.
THE MANAGEMENT WILL ADOPT THE NECESSARY MEASURES FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE SERVICE
With the regulation, family doctors and family health personnel; Continuation of the service if they are assigned for in-service training stipulated by the Ministry of Health or if they are assigned elsewhere by the government in emergency situations and extraordinary situations such as natural disasters, or if they are detected by the Ministry of announced infectious and epidemic diseases by the Ministry or if they cannot be on duty due to the risk of being caught. The management will take the necessary measures.
Meanwhile, the phrases of the “Family Medicine Pilot Implementation Law” in the aforementioned regulation and contract samples were changed to “Family Medicine Law”.
