As the fight against the Corona virus continues, Health Minister Dr. Fahrettin Koca held a critical meeting in Diyarbakır. After the meeting in which Mardin, Şanlıurfa, Batman, Siirt and provincial directors of health of provincialırnak were also present, Koca made assessments on the current situation.

OCCUPATION RATE IN INTENSIVE CARE IN TURKEY

Emphasizing that the intensive care occupancy rate in Mardin is 81 percent, Koca used the following statements;

* We emphasize that the normalization that we started from the beginning of June is not a return to our old lives. We search intensive care beds and occupancy rate throughout Turkey.

* Turkey but we did not have major problems in the general shortage of places in some provinces. The provincial sanitation boards, meeting under the presidency of our esteemed governors, took the necessary measures.

* We will launch our new 440-bed hospital in Batman later this month. Intensive care occupancy rate in Batman 79. The intensive care occupancy rate in Diyarbakır is 66%. The intensive care occupancy rate in Mardin is 81%. The intensive care occupancy rate in Siirt is 62%. The intensive care occupancy rate in Şanlıurfa is 74%. the intensive care occupancy rate is 58 percent.

* Turkey’s 51 percent bed occupancy rate, 68 intensive care occupancy rate, 31 percent occupancy rate for breathing apparatus.

* In Diyarbakır, we reduced the time to reach contacts up to 12 hours. Thanks to these measures, the increase in the number of patients was halted, the number of active patients in the province decreased. We found that 91 percent of the contact persons in Diyarbakır were infected within the family.

9, 10 PERCENT OF THOSE WHO ARE NOT IN THE DIRECTION

* So the contacts are mostly from the same family. There is a decrease in the rate of contacts that become cases. However, these data show us that sociological factors must be taken into account and family visits restricted. The rate of people who are not at home is 9.10 percent.

HOSPITALS WILL BE BUILT IN 6 PROVINCES

Stating that new hospitals will be opened in 6 provinces, especially Şanlıurfa and Diyarbakır, Koca continued his words as follows;

* We will continue our fight together until there are no patients left. Today, we will build hospitals in 6 cities, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Batman, Şırnak, Siirt and Mardin.

* I would like to briefly explain the details of the hospitals that we will build in 6 provinces. We are starting the construction of our Şanlıurfa Municipal Hospital as soon as possible. In Diyarbakır, a land area has been determined for the 1,000-bed City Hospital, and we will present the tender for the project this month.

* Land has been allocated between Şırnak and Cizre, a 500-bed state hospital in our Şırnak province. Once the projects are completed, we will hold the tender for construction this year.

* Land allocation procedures were carried out for the 500 bed state hospital in Batman. In Siirt, the process of allocating land for the 500-bed hospital continues, when completed, the project tender will be held.

* We will include the 750-bed Mardin City Hospital in the 2020 investment program. I would also like to say that all these projects will be carried out from the general budget.

Rapes break our enthusiasm

* Our health personnel have been at greater risk than all of us since the beginning of the epidemic. There were many sick people, people who lost their lives. Our healthcare professionals are selfless and selfless.

* However, we cannot expect this sacrifice to be sacrificed out of carelessness and irresponsibility. The violations of our citizens annoy and discourage us.

* I think we are doing a very productive job today. Once again, I want to remind you that the primary duty rests with our citizens. The more we follow the cleaning, mask and distance measures, the virus will remain ineffective and will no longer be a threat.

* We attach particular importance to the sensitivity of our citizens to the rules of isolation during this period and to those who are positive and in contact.

PENALTY WARNING

* In the epidemic, the issue is especially prominent. The decisions made by our provincial sanitation committees and the sanctions to impose are true. These isolations should not be solved with punishment.

* Chronic diseases, including our elderly over a certain age or young people with mild illnesses, can die. We can’t cause this, we shouldn’t, we shouldn’t be at the point where we can prevent this with punishment.

* The forces of order are already doing what is necessary. Now we should know that this should come into play last, that we have a mutual right for each other, and we must be sensitive not to contaminate it.
