After Biden and Trump officially became presidential candidates in their party congresses, eyes turned to polls in the electoral environment.

According to current polls compiled by “Real Clear Politics,” a political analysis site that broadcasts in the United States and is accepted as trustworthy, Democratic candidate Biden leads the race 6.9 percent ahead of Trump on average.

Considering that Biden was ahead 9 percent nationally on July 28, you see that Trump is slowly catching up with Biden in the race.

Trump made the real breakthrough in the polls in the “swinging” states that will determine the fate of the election.

In Michigan, which is the head of the swing states, Biden was 8.4 percent ahead of Trump on July 28, while this figure has dropped to 2.6 percent today. In Pennsylvania, another critical state, Biden was 7.4 percent ahead of Trump on July 28, while today this figure has fallen to 5.8 percent.

Biden was 6.4 percent ahead on July 28 in Wisconsin, currently just 3.5 percent ahead in that state. In the same date range, Biden’s gap with Trump in the race fell from 7.8 percent to 3.7 percent in Florida and from 4 to 2.2 percent in Arizona.

On the other hand, while Biden in North Carolina was 3.8 percent ahead on July 28, Trump is now seen to be 0.3 percent ahead of Biden.
The 59th presidential election in the US will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
